… clearly here there is sexual innuendo being suggested or being insinuated. Now to me, the best way to describe this picture to you … is perfectly portrayed by the following. If you were to capture a picture of Bill Clinton standing at and using a urinal, and you were to shoot the picture from the side, that’s exactly what this picture looks like. And that is so painfully apt because Bill Clinton at a urinal is the perfect metaphor for his administration, and for what he did to this country, and what he did to the Constitution of the United States and what he did to you and me. He peed all over us.
